FLIPKART GRID 6.0 : SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TRACK:

Flipkart Grid 6.0: Flipkart Grid 6.0 has reached its sixth edition in 2024 and is growing by presenting real-world difficulties from the e-commerce business to the world’s best engineers.

As a result, in previous years, Flipkart permitted students from other domains to join and earn a variety of rewards. Furthermore, this will assist students in obtaining a full-time position and an internship with Flipkart.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

The requirement for the Flipkart GRiD 6.0 is as follows:

 

• • Students appearing for B.Tech., B.E., B.S., M.Tech., or equivalent Engineering programs (Batch 2024, 2025, and 2026) from engineering colleges in India and the United States can participate

• • Participants can be divided into minimum groups of two or maximum groups of three, and they can also be individuals.

• • Students belonging to any specialization can participate.

• • Full-time students only allowed.

• • One participant should belong to one team.

• • If any team violates the above-mentioned rules, participants will be disqualified from the team.

STAGES OF FLIPKART GRiD 6.0 :

Level 1: E-Commerce & Tech Quiz:

Every team will get a set of questions to answer in 30 minutes. These questions will be focused on E-commerce and technology (technology awareness tech Techstack and computer science basics)

Level 2: Demo Video and Code submission:

During the challenge window, Level 1 teams can submit an idea brief and a video for idea submission at any point before the round deadline.

Level 3: Grand Finale:

At the Grid 4.0 final level, the finalists will get the opportunity to present their solutions to a Flipkart panel of domain experts.

Criteria for the E-Commerce & Tech Quiz round are as follows:

 

• • Every registered team must complete the online test

• • A team should take part with all its players.

• • A score according to the average score of team members will be provided.

• • Every team member doesn’t have to take part in the team.

• • All teams will attend the quiz simultaneously when the quiz window is opened.

• • Depending on their accuracy and speed, each participant will be ranked. Whereas, if two teams get the same score, the team that completes first will be ranked higher.

• • Every Participating team will move to the next level depending on their score.

Criteria for Submission of Demo Video and Code Submission Round are the following:

 

• • The shortlisted team from Level 1 will move on to Level 2.

• • Level 1 shortlisted teams move on to Level 2 and receive problem statements based on their chosen domain.

• • Each team gets a unique problem statement.

• • Teams can submit their work anytime until the level’s deadline during the challenge term.

• • The goal is to present a demo of the concept along with a sample video and source code. Advancement to the next level is based on team performance in Level 2 of Grid 6.0.
